FREE Express Post on all orders over $75.00

​Orders under $75.00: Express post fee $9.95

​International Shipping

We currently only ship within Australia. However, keep your eyes peeled, we will be international soon! Follow us on the gram to stay updated @padrehair

​Dispatch Times

All orders are shipped on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We always try to dispatch your order on the next business day.

​ Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a dispatched email with your AusPost tracking number.
 

​Exchange and Returns

Hair accessories cannot be returned for change of mind. Please choose carefully as refunds will only be issued if your item/s are deemed faulty.

If your item is faulty/unusable we will provide you a replacement product along with a return shipping label to return the faulty product to us. If a replacement is not possible the item will be refunded upon the item being returned.
